The 60-day guarantee
Every Memoclear order placed through the official store is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from the purchase date.
How to request a refund
- Find your order number on the confirmation email from the official store.
- Contact the store's customer support using the details in that email, within 60 days of purchase.
- Follow the return instructions you receive. You may be asked to return the bottles, including any that are empty.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.
What is not covered
Shipping charges are usually not refunded. Orders placed more than 60 days ago fall outside the guarantee window.
