Six active ingredients, every amount printed on the label. Tap one to read what it does, what the research says and what to watch for.

200 mg per capsule
The amino acid the body converts into nitric oxide, which widens blood vessels so more oxygen reaches brain tissue.
Blood flow

200 mg per capsule
Arginine bound to alpha-ketoglutarate, studied for better absorption and a slower release through the day.
Lasting focus

100 mg per capsule
Recycled back into arginine inside the body, keeping nitric oxide production going between doses.
Circulation

100 mg per capsule
Citrulline paired with malate, part of the cell's energy cycle, tied to less of the heavy-headed feeling at day's end.
Brain fatigue

7.5 mg NE (47% DV) per capsule
Needed to make NAD+, the molecule that powers energy production inside every neuron. Supports small-vessel circulation.
Brain energy

40 mg per capsule
Raises carnosine, a natural antioxidant that helps protect neurons from everyday wear.
Neuron protection

| Ingredient | Per capsule |
|---|---|
| Niacin | 7.5 mg NE (47% DV) |
| Calcium (as calcium carbonate) | 18 mg (1.5% DV) |
| L-Arginine (base) | 200 mg |
| L-Arginine AKG 2:1 Extract | 200 mg |
| L-Citrulline HCL | 100 mg |
| L-Citrulline Malate | 100 mg |
| Beta Alanine | 40 mg |
Serving size 1 capsule, 30 servings per container. Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegetable capsule), vegetable stearate, silicon dioxide.
Four of the six are about nitric oxide and blood flow: two forms of arginine (fast and slow) and two forms of citrulline (recycled back into arginine). Niacin covers the energy brain cells need, and beta-alanine covers protection. Read the full mechanism on the how it works page.
The arginine and citrulline amounts in Memoclear (600 mg combined) are lower than the 3 to 6 gram doses used in most blood-pressure and exercise trials. That is common for once-a-day capsules, and it is why we describe the formula as gradual daily support rather than a strong single dose. Judge it over weeks.

| L-Citrulline HCL, Citrulline Malate | Same nitric-oxide cautions as arginine |
| Niacin | Liver problems, gout, diabetes, low blood pressure |
| Beta-Alanine | Kidney problems |
